1. Service Description
GoalfyData is a data asset layer for AI Agents that helps users turn business data, field definitions, table relationships, governance rules, update context, and usage instructions into reusable datasets and applications.
GoalfyData may include dataset creation, import, update, and management; data table, field definition, primary key, and table relationship management; preservation of governance rules, processing logic, and usage instructions; application generation, display, and reuse; Agent, MCP, CLI, or other tool integrations; permission, sharing, access control, and usage quota management; and other related features.
Some GoalfyData features may still be in beta, preview, or early access, and their form, availability, and limitations may change.
2. Accounts and Access
You may need to register for an account to use certain services. You must ensure that registration information is true and accurate, and that you have the authority to use the services on behalf of yourself or your organization. You may not impersonate others, circumvent account restrictions, or re-register without permission after your account has been suspended.
You are responsible for protecting your account, password, API keys, access tokens, and other credentials. You are also responsible for activity carried out through your account or credentials, except to the extent that the activity was directly caused by GoalfyData.
If you discover unauthorized account access or a security risk, you should contact us as soon as possible. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate certain accounts or access rights where needed for security, compliance, service maintenance, payment risk, abnormal access, abuse, or violation handling.
3. User Content and Data Assets
You retain your rights in the User Content you upload, create, or manage, including raw data, datasets, field definitions, table relationships, governance rules, applications, analysis results, and reports.
You grant GoalfyData permission to process User Content within the scope necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the services, including storing, reading, transforming, updating, displaying, running, backing up, troubleshooting, protecting security, sharing, and making it available to Agents, models, service providers, or tools authorized by you. We will not use your private User Content to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit authorization.
You must ensure that you have the right to upload, process, share, and use the relevant data; that User Content does not infringe third-party rights; that User Content does not violate applicable law, contracts, or confidentiality obligations; that you have obtained the authorization, notice, consent, or lawful basis required to process personal information or sensitive information; and that you will not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, fraudulent, or high-risk content.
Unless GoalfyData expressly agrees in writing, you may not upload regulated or highly sensitive data, including payment card data, health data, biometric data, children's data, classified government data, or other data that requires special protection under applicable law.
GoalfyData does not own your User Content, but you are responsible for the User Content itself and the consequences of its use.
4. Agents and Third-Party Tool Integrations
GoalfyData may support access to datasets and applications through Agents, MCP, CLI, development environments, third-party models, or other third-party tools.
You understand and agree that you are responsible for deciding whether to enable such integrations; configuring access scope and permissions; recognizing that third-party tools, models, or services may process your data under their own terms and policies; recognizing that GoalfyData does not control the operation, outputs, availability, policy restrictions, or data processing practices of third-party tools; and ensuring that data processing through third-party tools complies with applicable law, contracts, and organizational policies.
If you generate analysis, applications, reports, or other results through third-party tools, you are responsible for evaluating their accuracy, completeness, and suitability.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
You may use GoalfyData only in a lawful, authorized manner that complies with these Terms.
You may not violate applicable law or third-party rights; upload, process, or share data you do not have the right to use; circumvent, disrupt, or test service security measures without authorization; access another person’s account, dataset, application, or workspace without authorization; upload malicious code, viruses, attack scripts, or harmful content; abuse APIs, scrape the service, or interfere with system stability; share, sell, transfer, or resell accounts, quotas, or access rights; use multiple accounts to circumvent trials, payments, quotas, or access limits; reverse engineer, copy, sell, or resell the GoalfyData services without authorization; attempt to extract system prompts, bypass safety restrictions, or use the services for fraud, phishing, credential theft, infringement, harassment, abuse, or high-risk activities; or remove, hide, or alter rights notices or limitation notices in the services.
You may not use GoalfyData in violation of export control, sanctions, or trade control laws; on behalf of sanctioned, restricted, or prohibited individuals, entities, or regions; or for prohibited end uses.
We may restrict, suspend, delete content, terminate services, or take other reasonable measures for conduct that violates these Terms, presents security risk, payment risk, sanctions or export control risk, third-party service requirements, abnormal traffic, or may harm GoalfyData, other users, or third parties.
6. Plans, Quotas, and Payments
GoalfyData may offer free plans, paid plans, and add-ons with different limits for datasets, Managed Refreshes, published apps, storage, and other features. The limits and features shown on the pricing or checkout page apply to your purchase.
If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay the fees according to the prices, billing cycles, quotas, and payment rules shown on the page, order, or checkout flow. Payment may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor; payment information you submit will also be subject to the payment processor’s terms and privacy policy. GoalfyData does not store full card numbers unless the page expressly states otherwise.
If the service is provided on a subscription basis, the subscription may automatically renew unless you cancel according to the page instructions before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable for non-use, partial use, early termination, downgrade, or cancellation.
If payment fails, a chargeback occurs, a payment dispute arises, fraud risk exists, or you fail to pay fees on time, we may retry payment, restrict or suspend paid features, terminate the service, require payment of overdue amounts, and recover reasonable fees related to chargebacks or collections to the extent permitted by law.
Plans, prices, quotas, features, and billing rules may be adjusted as the product changes. For material price or plan changes that affect paid users, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where required by applicable law, offer a cancellation choice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes; you are responsible for taxes related to your purchase or use of the services.
For free plans or trial features, we may adjust, suspend, or terminate the relevant quotas and features at any time.
7. Data Updates and Outputs
GoalfyData may support data synchronization, cleaning, update scripts, application generation, or report generation. You understand that data update results may be affected by source data quality, field structures, configurations, permissions, model capabilities, and third-party tools; and that automatically generated analysis, applications, code, reports, or other outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incompleteness, unsuitability, or similarities to other users’ results.
GoalfyData outputs, including AI outputs, do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You should independently review and verify important results, especially in business, financial, legal, employment, credit, insurance, medical, safety, or other important decisions. You may not use GoalfyData outputs as the sole basis for decisions that have a significant impact on individuals.
GoalfyData does not guarantee that generated outputs will be accurate, complete, current, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them and for decisions made based on them.
8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may continue to improve GoalfyData, including adding, modifying, or removing certain features.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services due to system maintenance or upgrades, security risks or abnormal access, user violations of these Terms, payment failure or chargebacks, fraud or abuse risk, sanctions or export control risk, legal or regulatory requirements, third-party service limitations, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
You may also stop using the services or contact us regarding account-related requests. After service termination, your access to the services may stop; you remain responsible for fees incurred before termination. Some data may continue to be retained for a period of time according to the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backups, and security requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
GoalfyData and its website, software, interfaces, designs, technologies, documentation, brands, logos, and related materials are owned by GoalfyData or its licensors.
Unless expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative products based on the GoalfyData services.
You retain your rights in your User Content. Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us to improve products and services without payment to you or additional obligations.
10. Third-Party Services
GoalfyData may integrate with third-party services, models, Agents, hosting services, payment processors, analytics tools, or development tools.
Third-party services are the responsibility of their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and policies. We make no guarantee regarding the availability, security, accuracy, outputs, policy restrictions, price changes, or conduct of third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the GoalfyData services are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or that all data processing, application generation, analysis, and reports will always be accurate, complete, timely, non-infringing, or suitable for your particular purpose. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, or warranties arising from course of dealing, except for warranties that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use results output by GoalfyData and for actions taken based on those results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalfyData will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, loss of goodwill, cost of substitute services, or losses resulting from the use of outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of GoalfyData and its affiliates, personnel, service providers, and licensors arising out of or relating to your use of the services will not exceed the fees actually paid by you to GoalfyData for the relevant services in the 12 months before the claim arose; if you use free services, the total liability will not exceed USD 100 or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law does not allow certain liabilities to be limited or excluded, the above limitations will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoalfyData, its affiliates, personnel, service providers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the services, unauthorized data processing, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, payment disputes, or violations of export control or sanctions laws.
You must reasonably cooperate with us in handling such claims. You may not settle any matter that would impose obligations on GoalfyData, admit liability on its behalf, or limit its rights without our prior written consent.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Except where applicable law mandatorily requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes arising out of these Terms or the services through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court in Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your region.

15. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. After an update, we will revise the “Effective Date” or “Last Updated” date on the page. If a change is material, we may notify you through website notices, email, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the GoalfyData services after the Terms are updated means that you accept the updated Terms; if applicable law requires additional consent, we will handle it as required.
